http://polygoncount.deviantart.com/ makes some 3D models, as do I.
But I don't think either of us have 3D printed anything so maybe it's better to go with someone who has.

Heckfan here on FA. From looking at this person's gallery, it looks like this person mostly does fat characters. But I'm sure this person would do skinny characters too. Especially since this person did this kind of commission. -> http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15181447/
