Sir Terry Pratchett and the Death of the Disc

I know many of you may be ignorant of him but Terry Pratchett is hands down my favorite author to the point that I haven't finished reading his books because I want to buy all of them myself (and that's a monumental effort for my budget.)
I wanted to insert my favorite quote from his novels here but to do so would be to cheat you of the experience it was to discover it. So instead I leave you the name of the most wondrous novel by which it may be found. The Hogfather
Sir Terrence David John Pratchett is the author of the Discworld and its inhabitants and I have never seen such a vivid and poignant array life as I have from the few of his stories I've already purchased and read. he made a world that was so wondrously imagined and with a profound sense of humour and constantly surprises his readers with valuable insight to human life.
I point this out to you now because by the knowledge of reliable sources such as the BBC news Sir Terry Pratchett has met his own death today and I hope that it has brought him some peace. Erstwhile I commend his novels to you for your reading.
