My comment on my repair appointment request to apple:

"Hi. I've been in with the same computer twice already. This time it failed and I can hear a screw or something rattling around inside my computer which tells me something came loose from your last repair. I am very disgruntled about this and having to come up for a third repair over the same issue. The first time you didn't even find the issue, second time you found the issue and replaced the logic board which was good, this time is some problem with your repair. Please fix it."

I'm sick of this! I have people to draw for! Come on! THIRD TRIP! It should only have been one!

On top of it all I am a college student and I literally NEED it for homework! I'm talking to the manager this time.
