First there was a snow leopard, then a hybrid of a clouded leopard/deer/lynx and then I got my shark
Originally my shark was an adoptable but I truly fell in love with the design and bonded quickly with him since I have always had a love of sharks and when I was little wanted to be a marine biologist specializing in them. His colors came from the fact I love purples, blacks and grays but his design was completely a doing of an artist who created amazing shark adoptables. I believe that I have stuck with Aleksey because I really can see him as an extension of myself he isn't quite a furry but he isn't a scaley either.
Interesting fact he got his name Aleksey because I always loved the name Alexander and when I got him as a character I had just found out I was going to Russia so I decided to see how the Russians spelled it and loved how it looked and sounded.
Interesting fact 2 He has a singular penis unlike other sharks and he also does not have gills

A short response.
When I first joined, I realized the lack of middle and last names in furry names, and wanted to create a name that would fit my character perfectly. Took a few years, after the tweaking of the species mixes that I currently have(Dragon, Wolf, Snake), but I came up with: Nelizar Fey Zukira.
The species mix was an odd one, actually. I don't entirely remember how I came up with it, but it was a few years ago, at least, since I've had my OC/Sona since I was around 12-13, and I'm 20 right now.

As to why I chose them, well, they both kind of symbolize me in a way. Otis being the caring soul who would go out of his way for people, while Waylon is being a 'wittle deek head' who is just my go over bongo derp silly phase.
It's really hard to pick half of your true self portrayed in character form because the idea is pretty much you, yanno?
Otis is all game related as with Waylon is the street 'tough' who seems to be always living in the past when it CLEARLY isn't.

This is my fursona Kasper. He's a fluffy/fuzzy dragon. He's about twenty in the uncolored image shown. I chose him because I've found myself loving dragons more and more lately, but I don't entirely see myself as a scaled person, myself. So I made a compromise. I don't give him a special or specific past because, as my fursona, I use him in a LOT of different roleplays, many where a specific personality or past wouldn't fit.

However, the blue lines of his tattoo are actually "alive" in a sense. as he ages, the tattoo grows and covers more and more of his body in intricate patterns. When he's an old fur, the tattoo will cover the backs of his wings, his entire back and a majority of his chest, his arms, and his legs. Upon death, the tattoo will grow up the back of his head and form a pattern over his face.

This is Castellanger Shallowvire, or Castello for short. He's a housecat who lived a rather dull life, never doing anything particularly good nor bad. Upon a premature death, he was offered a position to work under the powers that be. He accepted, was granted white wings, and worked to fight corruption in the world; He eventually fell for a woman who was still alive, and little did he know, a seed of corruption was planted inside of her. He was, in turn, corrupted himself and his wings began to blacken. Before his corruption was completed, another one of his fellow angel workers intervened. Despite not being fully taken over by corruption, he was tainted and cast out from where he'd then called home; I haven't developed his story past that point.

The last surviving member of her tribe. She is one of many races of dinosapiens but she no longer lives on her planet of origin and lives in an alternative earth reality with a super powered guy and a genius very young detective. A special trait of her race is that she has a pseudo throat that leads to a pouch inside her belly, where she can house young-lings like a kangaroo's puoch but ya know inside her.
I made him a calico (well kinda) because I quite like calico cats and gave him hair that I wish I could have ;v;

Thanks to the wonders of DeviantART, I stumbled on Anthro-style, and I really wanted to peel away from the Sonic OC community, and ended up a furry.
I was called Nanaki (or Nanky by closer friends) until I met with someone in SecondLife who wanted to give me her own special little nickname. My last name on SL is "Thibedeau", so she came up with Thibby.
It took off so well, that it's now how I prefer to be called.

The 'cat' part, as well as the color, was due to a color issue on my monitor. For the longest time I thought I was using a blue color, because I wanted to be a blue cat. Thanks to old, beat up monitors, I found out after upgrading my computer I was using a purple the entire time. I decided not to change it, considering the 'years' I had spent with him.
The star on the butt was probably one of the last things I changed about him, which was done a couple years ago. For the most part, he has not changed in over all design or color.
Didn't really feel too "me" so I kept changing little things every now and then until I went full slime weeb and eventually let Cass just redo the entire design to be as loud as possible a few months ago.
Also at some point people asked "but what if titty?" and then suddenly actual genderfluid happened.
He's super duper awesome at magic because I'm really a dumbass fanboy.
I've been told like a million times that he's dead sexy so I guess that's one thing he's got goin' for 'im.
For something interesting since you have drawn him and you say all you draw are in your game like universe thingy, I Imagine him as being a shop keep for general items where you would like buy potions or your world's equilivent of that.
I picked a Cheshire cat for him because, I first, I thought it was something original. ... It was not. There are three in my state alone.
I kept him a Cheshire cat because I like the crazy.
My current 'sona I designed/thought up after I had something of a mental breakdown.
I think they really describe how I am stitched together from a lot of different parts, a chimeric creature.
Arya Rose herself is an outdoors junkie and loves dancing, two things I myself miss quite a bit because of moving away from the forests/lakes/mountains back home to the middle of nowhere Indiana in tandem with a pretty bad leg injury. I get a lot of gift art which is usually stuff people like to see Arya doing and wear what they want her to be wearing (usually nothing :P), but the stuff I commission is usually very full of -feels- for me. So the art I pay for usually has lots of nostalgic elements or has her acting in ways that I would like to but no longer can. It's very sentimental haha. I'm quite attached to my fursona, and everything about her appearance (even her roses, which I used to grow back home) is chosen because of the way it makes me feel rather than "oh it looked pretty". She's not even that special of a design xD Literally my first commission of her was "turn this animal into a pretty lady" along with a photo of a real genet.
I just really like foxes!
I heard they're also quick to avoid direct attention from other animals/people.
So that kinda fits my whole shy in public thing.

Kikoo lives in a post apocalyptic world (think Fist of the North Star mixed with Steampunk and futuristic elements) where technology from the old world is being found and most of the time adapted to the new one by giving it a diferent purpose that it was intended for either as is or heavily modified. Kikoo roams around this would seeking purpose in his life, going on many journeys and getting involved in the lives of others either as a friend, a warrior/vigilante, a carer and sometimes as a partner/lover. Kikoo is the last alive practitioner of a technique called Aura Power which is a highy concentrated form of Ki usage and manipulation giving the user abilities far beyond those of most people.
Personality-wise, Kikoo is very laid back and friendly but can be very withdrawn at times whilst when excited he has a very hot blooded nature. He has a wide sense of humour that falls into many spectrums that some may find can be very "twisted" and obscure. He has a strong sense of his own personal view of justice and will stand up to anyone who challenges it. He's very much into anything that can challenge his abilities whether it's a heated fight or something new from the old world that was recently uncovered called "video games". He is an avid fan of Tokusatsu styled Powered Armor and Mecha which he eventually comes into ownership of as it becomes a reality by the modern engineers of this world.

Eventually turned the red tails into a separate, fan character, gave him a jacket and backwards cap (because those were so cool back then) and eventually a sword. Had a hard time moving away from the name entirely - went to Miles Nightfire since I had a good handful of online friends calling me "Miles" (still kind of do.) Later got away from the fancharacter stuff more as I got into furry stuff, dropped the second tail, changed colours and hair around a bit, and now I'm just another red and black fox :V
I came up with a design based on a combo of my cats I had growing up. First artist I had draw him fucked it up, but I actually liked the fuck up. So I kept it. So I fleshed that out a bit more and edited my description.
My sona's glasses design has changed depending on what frames I have been using irl. They're currently based on my real glasses.
His clothes are based on the first suit I ever owned that I wore to my sibling's wedding. I never used the jacket and was always in a vest and blue tie.
I wrote stories, decided to learn how to draw, started drawing more instead, people thought he was my sona because I started to draw him a lot

My character's ability actually stems from his being able to remove protons from atoms in the air and store the energy in specialized cells in his body, or control the high density plasma it creates.
when he isn't doing it his body makes energy anyway by starting the process to create new cells in his body and simply breaking them apart to store said energy.
He cannot remove protons from complex objects like people, he has to be able to directly isolate a single element instantaneously and his brain isn't powerful enough to do that with a person.

Until that one day came and I was introduced to the furry fandom. It was hard to imagine how ritsuka was going to look. It took at least a couple months until I decided I wanted to stick with this pattern for now. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11750755/ Tho the biggest issue I had durimg the time was when people couldn't tell he was a feline.
So every commission I received there was always that one mistake. It was my hair style and hair color. It got frustratufrustrating to the point I decided to become a colf (cat wolf hybrid) instead so people can stop making these mistakes and so far it has. Here is how my fursona look now and im very happy with how he look now ^^ that basically it about my sona ritsuka.
