Terms of Service for Commissions

-Current Commissions Created 03/14/15; Updated 03/14/15-
1. Current commissions are only going to G-rated and nothing more.

2. I will do only one character per commission. For the time being I will not take commissions involving more than one character, however this may change in the future.
3. I will allow one time for pose modifications after a rough sketch has been made, and once more for color modifications after the pictures is finished for touch ups totaling two free modifications.
3-1. If you truly feel it necessary for more than two modifications then the charge will go up. (This does not include any coloring mistakes made on the "Final piece", I take responsibility for those given the references show all the markings asked for.)
4. The above being said, I need at least two good references to make the correct coloring. I prefer no more than two references. Submitting more than two references may cause delay in your response.
5. Please PM/Note me for any requests I will not respond to any requests made here, in the journal, and eventually hide the comments as time passes.
6. Price: The current price will be $8 to start based off of the example given above. The price will go up for any additional modifications as already mentioned. If the character is complex, I will discuss pricing early to negotiate the best price for the piece.
7. My only method of payment will be through Paypal until further notice. Payment information will be discussed after the artwork is finished, unless otherwise needed before, as mentioned above.
-Personal Notes-
1. I will not work with someone who is negatively critical, rude, or immature about the art given. Depending on circumstances, if I feel it necessary I may and/or will refuse you service resulting in an incomplete work. (C'mon guys dont be rude)
3. The example style given above is the only style I currently wish to explore and will not deviate unless personally chosen. I will retain all rights to the artwork until it is finished and paid for.
3.I also retain artists freedom to an extent. As noted, some pictures may be stylized slightly different from the example above. As an artist I feel it is only fair to have some freedom in character design such as body type, clothing, hair style etc. I will not deviate from references greatly, if what you are given is unsatisfactory, you have again two opportunities to change what has been done, but only two. (This is good for you, the customer, because you may receive something better than expected.)
4. I do look forward to working with anyone interested in my artwork and want to thank you for having the interest enough to read through the entire Terms of Service. However, if any of the above listings have been crossed in an extreme way, I will refer you back to this page and hold any further progress.
