So I have a million and one OCs it feels like and even the few that I do have on my main page are woefully under-recorded. There is SO much information that I need to start making journal entries to describe some of them. Since he doubles as my fursona Winter will be the first.
Name: ? Winter
Race: Kitsune (fox-hybrid anthro)
Appearance: Winter is mostly classic Vulpes Vulpes and his fur coat reflects that. He has golden eyes that reflect light from behind a pair of silver spectacles. He prefers to dress up and prefers to wear long coats or jackets such as trench-coats, dusters, tail-coats, frock-coats, and et cetera. Based on what time period he is depicted in his number of tails ranges from a single tail to three at the most modern date although he often hides his surplus.
Personality: Upon first meeting Winter he often seems quite poised and collected but it is truly a shallow facade. He is wildly emotional and lets his emotions dictate most of his actions. He is somewhat manipulative although he tries to refrain from manipulating those he cares about and is infinitely evasive. He often goes for the subtle approach to achieve his ends but is a vicious, dirty fighter if the cards are down.
Winter often appears capricious as he holds many conflicting beliefs and worldviews. He easily distances himself from others and has trouble relating to most but will readily give of himself when someone does reach him on a personal level.
Mostly referring to himself as Winter, he often changes and cycles through first names as the years pass.
Abilities: Mildly athletic, Winter's primary skills are intellectual and magical even though the latter are somewhat ineffable. Possessed of a cool intellect when not overly incited by emotion he will usually try to find a way around a problem instead of confronting it head-on. He possesses some training in martial arts which helps to offset his less than mighty build in a fight.
Early History: Like many kitsune, Winter was born of a mixed pairing while his mother masqueraded as a human. And like many such pairings it was not fated to last and his mother stole off with him in the night. Several years later his father's dogged persistance would prove effective in reclaiming his children (as Winter has an older brother) and would raise them as humans till they came of proper age. Perhaps due to the true gap of human and fox or the simple relationship of father and sons, the children quickly became distanced from their father. Winter left his home and went into the world to study although he was swiftly distracted by the facets of human life he had not experienced.
