Help!! Paint Tool Sai Freezing When Being Used!!

jackiejackal makes a living and survives off her art.As of late, whenever she uses "Paint Tool Sai" it freezes up whenever she begins drawing...

So I tried to work some last night and started experiencing a problem with my SAI program.
At first I thought it was my tablet, so I installed the newest drivers in hopes that it would fix my
issues.... for the most part it did but when I try to draw in SAI the program itself freezes... so my
next step was to redownload the SAI program... still... the same problem. My tablet and pen work
for everything else (MS PAINT included)...
I ran a stream today to show the few viewers that entered what my problem was to see if they could
help me out... tried doing a system restore but because of the antivirus software Spectre put on my
laptop, it won't do the restore... so instead of smashing my computer to bits because I've had
enough of the problems it's causing... I'm going to be waiting until Spectre can come over and see
if he can't help me solve the issue....
Something tells me it's time for a new fucking laptop.... I've about had it with this one... All I want
to do is work and it's always something popping up to keep me from it...
Sorry but there will be a few more delays in artwork.... I'm really sorry guys, but I'm fucking
trying my hardest here and it doesn't seem like anything I do is helping....

So a few of you are asking 'what exactly is it doing' or 'is it JUST sai that freezes'?
Yes! It's JUST SAI that's freezing... I stated above that the tablet works for everything else (MS PAINT INCLUDED)
It's just my freaking SAI program. Yes I uninstalled it fully before re-installing it, I know things can
carry over so that's why I didn't just overwrite the program. I'm only a short while away before just trashing
this laptop all together and trying to get Spectre to bring one over that I can work on....
To everyone that commented in the previous journal,
I have tried all that you guys suggested... but nothing is working.... I'm in tears at this time (mostly due to frustration).
If you KNOW any way to help me or know anyone that has had this problem before and fixed it
I will seriously be forever grateful! I need help and I have done all that I can do! I've googled and youtubed and
forumed out the ass but with no luck.... this freaking sucks and I'm at the end of my rope here....
please.... someone help..... I don't know what else to do... if I can't get this working... I will need to refund
everyone and PERMANENTLY close up my shop....

Apparently this is a common problem..
She has reinstalled the drives and SAI from scratch just so you know.

Try messing with the troubleshoot option when you right click Sai.... It would try to pinpoint the problem
