This is from personal experince.

Your account will time out if you go on hitus form the sight, RL reasons are not a good reason. (Military deployment is not a good excuse)
You will have to pay to get everything back like it is a new account.

Now then it is clear to me that while this has been going on for a while now, The recent possibility for increased involvement of IMVU with FA does not bode well for good customer relations. This is something Dragoneer and other admin for FA never took in to consideration when it comes to the partnership with IMVU. Now before folks wonder if the finger part is true, well I did have a account with them back when they where still fairly new, but as I was off of them for more then a month once. Well I lost it, and there admin did literately tell me FU where not helping you get it back. even after I sunk back then, as I could afford it, what might have been $400 in to it.

This extends to up to all site content that is not being copyrights that are protected in manners beyond FA.
As a result, the majority of all content on FA is legally not just FA's, but also IMVU.
Because IMVU has a large MMO roleplay game that by law can use anyone's arts and creations without the creator's permission because they(IMVU) are the legal copyright owners, people are getting worried, and some are soon to be pissed.
With only a small amount of art currently on FA seized by IMVU from its creator's via permission of legal authority, I think it's only natural everyone spazzes out because this art would still be owned by it's creator's and not IMVU if this business transaction never occurred.
Relations going bad have happened before here at FA, but seizure of art by staff for business purposes has not happened because there has never been reasoning before.
Of course, then again, the art acquired is being shown on a large scale to people and is going to bring much joy to many, and the creator should be happy their art will become even more popular even if anonymity is maintained. Of all things, a true artist values their artwork and not their vanity.
