I've been bluescreening quite a bit as of late... and I cant log into my BIOS ~ I cant reinstall windows, I cant do anything =\ Soooo derp
the Error code is
Stop: 0x00000019
Has to do with my RAM and the controller, all that fun stuff....
So i've not been having the best Time =\
Anyway I might need to build a new PC, but... I cant do that without money really, i'll be looking for a second job.

hmm I assume you have updating your motherboard drives.. and on you bios did you set a pass? if so there is always a way to reset it.

hmmmmmmmm... desktop right? if so did you custom biuld you pc? if so do you know your mother board model number?
