.::Glad to see i'm not the only one...::.

...approaching this whole thing with caution. i see several artists taking a "wait and see" approach, well known artists and close friends of mine, and lesser known artists alike. I've been in discussions all day, and have gained knowledge about IMVU's past in regards to respect (or lack thereof) for artists. I also happen to know certain purple dragon site owners who shall remain nameless personally, and know people who have been around to see their patterns of poor decision making for a quick profit >_> but that's another story.
for now, i will be staying here, keeping a close eye to see if any changes made to the ToS and user agreement would affect the rights to my own work/character. things are not boding well for this website, and i will be looking for a good alternative. until some things are made clearer, i will only be posting my artwork on my Twitter, FB page, and my art tumblr. I'm goona do the "wait and see" thing myself. Other than DA (which I left after having an account hacked and staff not giving a f**k about it) I'm not entirely sure where I'd go IF I do need to leave here as a result.

Few alternatives could be Weasyl and SoFurry. Maybe Inkbunny, but I've seen that some have a strong aversion to that site.
