Alrighty then, since I can't sleep, and everyone is boarding the Lifeboats, (Women and Children First, Gents.) I will first say that I am, as a businessman, disappointed in the handling of this buyout. While I can understand the need for a NDA during negotiations, I am fairly certain it is not common practice to maintain that silence after such a buyout has been completed. You see, in most places, contracts like those used in buyouts have to be made part of the public record. This allows the public to know who is in charge, so it shouldn't be too hard to look at the probate courts where FA is based, or where IMVU is based, and find the contracts
on the public record.
That's all I have to say there. As things stand, the AUP/TOS/etc. are not changed, but I will be monitoring them as should all users.
Should some fiasco come to pass, as many furs fear will, you can find me at those sites listed above. If or when the time comes, I would likely close my account here, but not until then.
In the interest of personal security however, I will be encrypting any further communications through the PM system. This means that you will need to contact me elsewhere to be able to read any correspondence from me, or plainly, it will be easier to PM me on another site.

I have a feeling this is just a case of the powers that be on FA not knowing how to be in charge of a site and handle this correctly. Like the last few "disasters" everyone will board the lifeboats, but be back next week.
