this is something i have been battling with for some time now.
also one of the major reasons why i haven't been uploading as of late.
i will get around too drawing more and uploading more.
but as of now i feel better, and will be uploading within the week prior too this journal post.

-You gotta work and work and study is great for depression.
-Exercise when you can.
-Watch your vitamin level don't get low on B-12.
-Do not stay in a negative head space.
-Good music that is't a downer.
-watch the booze and alcohol. Melatonin can help you relax.
