Don't worry, it can't pass even if people did vote for it. It's unconstitutional and on that grounds alone would require any higher up voting system to step in and shut it down if it went any higher than the state vote.

I really highly doubt that this law will pass.

Heard about this from more or less every podcast show I watch, and no I don't think this is some satirical thing he's trying, as his past legislative attempts and quotes all point to him being exactly as bigoted and moronic as this paints him to be.

lol, even the people writing the article say that it will never pass. This guy is either a complete idiot committing career suicide, or he's a genius trying to use reverse psychology to express gay oppression and weed out the gay hating community. If I were trying to get attention towards gay rights this is exactly what I'd do. Find out where the enemies are and then bring them to the masses to be exposed.
