I'm really getting a bit pissed now.
Why do i make a description of a pic at all if nobody reads it?

I put a pic in my scraps folder as profile pic.
I explicitly state, not to fave or comment on it.
Yet you people do.
Why the fuck?

I'm just saying, most probably don't read the description, their just looking at it like how some read a point magazine. Lmao. Who reads the captions in those xP

i can't speak for everybody, but i get around 800 new pics in my FA inbox every day. there's not always time to check every description of every pic i click on

I might of recorded the count when someone was mass uploading though, I'm too lazy to recount it. I did it when I hit around 1.1 million unread images

Nothing you can do about it. Many people don't read the description, many people do. When someone designs a piece of equipment, they either need to put huge warning labels on it, or make it impossible to use dangerously. People will still get hurt even with big warning labels, so a tiny bit of description text isn't going to stop anyone.

Don't think it's anything to get frustrated over, is what I'm saying. x3

Weisst du, ich hab da mittlerweile aufgegeben es zu verstehen... viele Leute lesen einfach GAR NICHT sondern sehen nur "Oh, Bild, muss faven". Es ist teilweise echt unglaublich.

Dude. "WET PAINT" means "must touch." Thus, "DO NOT FAVE" and "DO NOT COMMENT" means "Must add to favorites" and "Must comment",

A lot of it might have been instinctive. Most will see the pic then fav before reading. commenting is, on the other hand, an issue of not reading.

Sadly, people just don't read or pay attention these days. I think in some people's cases they may just be doing it to try and support you though they do have the version posted in your gallery to fav. *shrugs*

Just out of curiosity. Why don't you want them to fav a profile pic of yours if they think it is well done? I don't think it is prudent to accuse them of stupidity when they are appreciative of your taste. It also doesn't immediately follow why a favorite or an appreciative comment would be a negative thing in this case.

I don't mind favs or comments at all, but that pic is in my main galllery and people are free to fav or comment on it there.
I just don't see the point in faving it in the scraps folder where i only but pics for my profile ( which is stupid enough of FA to only allow pics there as profile )
