I have lost 15 pounds over the last month by doing this new plan and I want to share because I used to think I couldn't do much without a gym. There is a group on youtube, its a couple who do workout exercises. Many people today don't have workout equipment or go to a gym, and that's okay, times are tight. This channel puts together hundreds of possible workouts. Some with dumbbells (or a weighty object) and some just as they are. I do 2-3 of their workouts a day while not eating to much and drinking about a gallon of water a day and I'm already feeling much better and more fit. It might seem like a lot but most of the workouts are about 10 minutes.

Why am I sharing this? Because everyone wants to be fit and feel good about themselves. I doubt many will really look into this but for the few who are looking for a free way to get fit this is for you.
