•By commissioning me you agree to these terms and to the fact that you have read them before paying for your commission•

Payment

Payment must be received before your commission is started. Payment is by paypal only. I accept USD only. You may pay for half your commission up front then once I send you your WIP sketch, you may send the other half.

*VERY IMPORTANT!* When sending payment PLEASE leave ONLY your username in the description, otherwise leave it blank!
DO NOT mention FA, furaffinity, leave any links or anything related to the website. This has gotten people in serious trouble with paypal in the past.




DO's and DON'T's


•Will do•


ferals - anthros - NSFW - any gender - blood/mild gore - all species - simple backgrounds - bondage - feral x anthro - soft vore - most fetishes


•Will not do•

humans - pregnancy - extreme gore - extreme fetishes - machinery/robots/cars - hyper/ extreme muscle characters - racist/homophobic content


Please ask me when commissioning, what I am willing to draw. There may be some subjects/themes/characters I may not be comfortable drawing.




When commissioning me...

PLEASE provide me with a reference sheet/image. Please also describe, if you'd like, what your character should look like-facial expression, pose, accessories, clothes etc..

BE SURE to include any details about your character not to miss. This is important because some reference sheets/images don't make certain aspects of your character very obvious. If your character has very large ears or a very fluffy tail please be sure to include that. It makes it easier for me rather then trying to fix it afterwards because you did not specify this as an important feature.

-IMPORTANT- If you do not specify that you want or don't want your character to have a certain facial expression or display a certain emotion then I assume artist freedom. I will not know what you want me to draw unless you specify it.

Example-

If you give me a description such as "my character playing ps3", I will assume artist freedom on the pose and facial expression unless you are specific on that. For example "my character playing ps3, looking angry and sitting cross legged."


PLEASE also let me know if you would like to see WIP sketch before it is inked and colored, to approve it or ask for changes in the pose, facial expression etc. I normally would do this automatically for larger commissions, smaller ones I will not automatically unless asked.




After your commission is complete...

You are free to upload it to your gallery, save it, share it where ever you choose. I ask that you please credit me when doing so. You may also print it for personal use only.

I retain the right to use your completed picture as future examples for customers, on my own webpage, for advertisements and my portfolio.




Refunds and Changes



There are no refunds UNLESS I have not yet started your commission. Only in some special cases I may refund you a percentage. If for some reason I am not able to complete your request and I have already received payment I will refund you your money entirely and cancel the commission. If your image has been completed you will not receive a full refund. I cannot provide you a service and my time for free.

CHANGES

YES If I made a mistake on the image of your character. For example- your fursona, based on the reference image you gave me, has two black stripes on their forearm but I left that out. That would then be my mistake and my responsibility to fix it. I will also make changes to a WIP sketch, that is what they are for! So please feel free to make suggestions and ask for changes while your commission is in the sketching stage.

NO I will not make changes if you later decide you want something added to the image after it has been completed. For example- if you did not ask for your character to be drawn with shoes and later decide after the image is complete that you would like them added on, I will not do that. I will not make changes to a pose after the sketch been approved by you and the image has been completed.



Final notes

I am not responsible for your failure to read these terms before commissioning me. I do not do refunds and if you have an issue with something that is addressed here I will not refund you your money because you failed to read these terms. However if there is really a problem in some cases I may be able to refund you a percentage of your money, as stated above. Please ask me any questions you may have before commissioning me or about the terms listed on this page.
