Any unauthorized use of Slick or Tanya, without explicit permission by the owner, will not be tolerated. Unauthorized use hereby waives the unauthorized user's right to choice of venue, and sets any disputes in the jurisdiction of Greene County, Georgia, United States. Each unauthorized use of Slick or Tanya will require payment to Slick Kat in the amount of $5000 (five thousand U.S. dollars) per unauthorized use. If you incur any monetary gains from unauthorized use of Slick or Tanya, that will be added to the payment. This may be waived by Slick Kat or altered as the Court sees fit after hearing the case.
If you don't agree to these terms, refrain from any unauthorized use of either Slick or Tanya.
The only exceptions to these terms are people who draw art for exclusive use by and with approval from Slick Kat, or as a gift to Slick Kat.
