I decided to make a new character... because otters. And because I need to have a skinny guy around :P

Skinny, around 110lbs
Blue eyes
Sandy colored fur
Has green colored rings in his fur around each ankle and wrist
Wears baggy kakhi shorts, baggy tshirt, sandals, and a leather braclet on each wrist.
