Dead laptops/save the raid!

Soooooo lappy is dead. Rest in peace my old friend. Time to buiild a new pc. Le sigh. Easy enough. But for one thing...
I've got my two lap top hard drives in a raid. They are both fine. But I've never pulled a raiid and translated it before. Any tips, suggestions, oh good oh god we're all going to die?

Oh and talking about a raid 0 here. Other raids, well that gets more complex. It's super easy though. :)
