sure thing. It will be easy, just expensive in game. and the easiest way to work around that is to put money into SL which converts into the game's currency. Best muscle AV kits cost L$1350, but it's so worth it. You'll need then to by a normal AV or two to pull parts from them you want to use. Like my AV is about three or four previously bought AVs put together. Normal AVs range dramatically in price, but the good ones normally cost around L$800-900

It's okay for the most part. I've got connections that can hook me up... At least with the muscle AV. As far as making a lombax head, I'm clueless.

It fluctuates just like real money in a real economy. But the USD to Linden dollar ratio averages at about 260ish. Like right now the ratio is 252.43L/1.00USD But that's rather stupid of them, since there is no way to have anything less than a full dollar.

About how much do things cost in SL on average? It would be a nice game to play but I don't want to necessarily be sinking hundreds of dollars into it. Some would be nice but I don't want to break the bank on it,

Nah, you won't be sinking hundreds of dollars into this game. Not unless you want a lot of money. o.o As I said, lots of AVs cost 800-1000L, but it just depends what you're buying.

Yes. I've bought at least four bat AVs, and I use parts from three of them to make my one AV, some more than others.

It's not that I don't know anything about them. I can figure it out pretty easily and use it with no problems if I at least have a basic direction. From that point, I can figure the rest out. It's just that I don't know the terminology.
