vaxxer stuff inside

General
i changed it so the title is more of a warning since dang, who DOES want to hear about that?
lots of people at my school think vaccinations
1) cause autism
2) cause worse side effects than the actual illness more often than not
3) think that it's super mega unfair you guys for schools to require kids to be vaccinated
i learned this from a giant 'opinion board' thing outside the history, anthropology, and math building
i doubt anyone cares what i know or think about this but that's pretty magical so i thought i'd share it.

that's crazy like
please just vaccinate your kids even if it did cause autism you would rather risk your child's life?? pretty sick. especially since it puts other kids at risk that's what really makes me angry like these poor kids can't choose the dumb stuff their parents believe and then even kids who are lucky enough to have parents who can think can be at risk because they're not old enough for a vaccine or something
/angry sighing
Like can you believe MEASLES IS KILLING PEOPLE AGAIN? oh my lanta.
From the CDC:
Since 2000, when measles was declared eliminated from the U.S., the annual number of people reported to have measles ranged from a low of 37 people in 2004 to a high of 644 people in 2014.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
and shit, that's so crazy. ..like they seriously brought measles back. wow
and there are people now because they think this shit, have their kids getting super-sick and having to stay
home from school for like 30+ days, and having to find some way to take care of them during this time period.
and there was literally like only one woman who said this shit, and then a shit-ton of people believed a woman
over scientific studies and years of evidence proving otherwise. people look for what they want to believe.

also, on the actual topic, YEAH that lady Jim Carrey was married to, I remember her. And she isn't even any kind of a doctor. People are literally potentially killing kids over something a celebrity said, citing a study that was horrendously biased and quickly refuted. Ugh, the ingredient everyone was so upset about isn't even IN most vaccines anymore, as far as I'm aware.
i just don't know how you can tell your doctor, "No, I think I'll go with google on this one."
