New Terms of Service and tl;dr of those work flow changes.

This is the journal of a Wild Chinny! It may contain things, and sometimes also stuff.

Terms of Service
I've finished writing up my new Terms of Service, click here to check it out. It's very similar to my old terms of service, it just specifies more.
For the ramble about what I'm changing about my work flow and why, click here. And because pretty much everyone who has commented on that journal has asked/expressed concern: don't worry, most of you never personally contributed stress, and those who did, did so unintentionally! It was just organizational fail on my part, and accepting circumstances that didn't work for me personally. You're all fantastic and I appreciate you so much. <3 I've been wanting to change things for a long time and was working toward doing so, but couldn't figure out what exactly to change and why, and kept feeling very trapped. I think this may finally be the answer.
The tl;dr version of what's changing: I'm not writing formal stream schedules anymore, just working from a queue. I'll still stream, but just whenever I desire to do so.
Where my schedule used to be, I'll keep an updated Currently Anticipated Work Queue, where I indicate the most immediate projects I plan to tackle. It will generally just represent stages of the commissions whose payments I keep track of right below that.
That's literally it. That's all I'm changing. It should help me get work done faster and I'll feel better in the long run, too. :)
Commissions are currently: Closed. (Though feel free to contact for quotes etc.)
Work is not done on a commission until AFTER payment is received! Queue spots are only set in stone when payment is received, be it full payment or some form of deposit. Unpaid slots can be added to the queue, but when they are paid jump above any other unpaid slots.

Do whatever it takes to help yourself stay sane during your busy schedule, I think whatever you're doing with your ToS and work flow is for the best.
