If you're interested in commissioning me, please send me a note with the subject "Commission" and your FA Username (example: Commission - MadTurtle). Please copy and paste the following layout in to the note and fill out accordingly.

- I will not accept notes that are not filled out as requested, so please be sure to include all information asked for in the form above. You may send me a new note containing all required information, but I cannot guarantee there will be space available.

- I only accept PayPal and will begin after payment is received.

- I am no longer holding spots since I will be opening slots at the start of each week. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- I will not do gore, scat or anything with children (18+ only please). This can be updated at any time and I have the right to refuse any work I am uncomfortable with.
