Binding question

I have a friend who will remain anonymous who has some questions maybe someone on my watch list can answer.
"I recently started binding via the folded camisole method, and when my breast (Normally a/b cup) are flattened down, one is at least half, probably a whole, size bigger than the other, and wont flatten. I'm having a hard time finding a sports bra without cups, and buying a real binder isn't an option. Does anyone know how to help flatten the stray boob? Or would a sports bra work better? Or, could this maybe be a health issue, and should I get it checked out?"

a sports bra would probably work best if you can't get a proper binder, but you should never use ace bandages. theyre too constricting and can cause damage to the breasts and ribs if worn.
you can buy sports bras with removable cups on amazon http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=sports+bra+removable+cup
