Just out of curiousity did you have better luck applying in person or did you apply online... Good luck at the interview btw, but the reason I'm asking is I'm also looking for work, and so far, no bites haha. :c But yeah if it's too personal, feel free not to answer, but i'm always looking for how people find work since it could help me out too. :)

For this position, I located the organization, looked at people who worked there, figured out a connection, and began with that person to organize informational interviews with individuals throughout. Informational interviews and networking are the best! Think about them as meeting interesting people :)

Of course, this might not work for everyone or every job, but it's a pretty good way to find some :)

Thanks! I was curious on how best to approach things, but yeah that's really helpful advice, thank you! I think that I might be able to actually do similarly through volunteer or a student job, and have ideas already. Thank you very much!
