Hello! I'm in need of a nestmate in the Seattle metro area!

Hey, thank you for taking the time to read this journal.
I've decided to move out of my Auburn apartment come the end of my lease agreement in June of 2015. I'm curious if anyone would be interested in taking up residence with a burd!
Things about me:
-I have pet Green Cheek Conure so feather dander must not be an issue! (I would hope so seeing I am a burd and all :P)
-I am employed and have a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. I currently work in Federal Way.
-Dishes make it to the dishwasher, I have a microwave and I never enter people's rooms without permission!
-I'm passive and willing to make agreements if disputes come up. If I have any concerns, I won't hide them and I don't play games with people!
-I generally keep to myself on worknights but I will invite people over on occasion. I spend a lot of my days off away from the apartment.
-I have my own car and willing to help shuttle a potential roommate around the area if need be and, of course, gas costs are shared.
Things I'm looking for:
-I would like to live near Federal Way (Kent and SeaTac are within range). Federal Way offers the urban feel with many eateries, diverse population and ethnic enclaves (cool Korean shops!). Federal Way has a mid sized mall and is right on Puget Sound (Dumas Bay is beautiful). It has numerous job opportunities from corporate offices (they are all over) to working class jobs! Federal Way is one of the best places to live for rent pricing in King County. People are moving to Fed because of the affordability.
-I want a roommate who doesn't mind the occasional rant, wants to eat out from time to time and is generally nice!
-I ask that any potential roommate has enough income to pay for amenities and the rent costs! I simply cannot cover two people. All I want is electricity, internet and any basic costs like water.
I am putting out the feelers to see if anyone might be interested or needs a spot filled in their house or apartment! If interested, you can message me here or contact me on Twitter: @TheAvianFurry.
Thank you again for reading and I hope you have a pleasant day. ^>^
