- These are limited to stock on hand, and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
- The price includes the consignment fee and the shipping cost from Japan to the US. The shipping cost to you isn't included in the price.
- I think there is a need to create a login profile to order it.
I'm afraid I cannot answer to the further questions, such as, how to buy it, or when to get it, except for the book itself, sorry.
