Yeah I dunno how GMT+11 works... does that mean it's regular GMT plus 11 hours... or... Gah this is really confusing, I tried to do some math, because haychel made a post that said it was 14:42 when it was 23:42 in est, so If we just take those numbers, that means that GMT is nine hours behind EST. So when it's 10am gmt, it'll be 7pm est... Right?
