Commission Slot Raffle - Closed!

Decided to start the week off with a few simple commission slots! Here's how it's going to work.
I'm going to take three commissions total. They will be digitally colored pencil drawings (of a similar quality to http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16053305/, but of any size you like) and I'm charging $50. Slob and or farting is totally an option, with or without clothing is fine, and I can do any species and expression no problem. Turnover will be fast...expect these by the end of next week.
I'm not a fan of first-come-first-served commission slots, once again I'm going to give everyone a chance. Fill out the info on the little form below, post it here in the comments (or note it to me, if you prefer), and most likely on Saturday night (possibly Sunday morning) I'll use an RNG to pick the three I'm going to do.

Here's the twist, though. Once the three people are chosen, I'm going to use the RNG one more time to select one of them, and that person gets their commission for FREE. Yep! Free. However, please don't sign up hoping for the free spot but not intending to pay if you get one of the paid slots. If anyone backs out of buying a slot after the free person is announced, they'll be unable to participate in any of my future give-aways. Let's be fair!
