Need help and inspiration

Hello there. I'm writing this journal because I'd like to ask some help about something. You know, I'm currently working back on my Bulbabot form design like here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12850065/
Now, question is... What can I improve there? I was thinking my Bulbabot form with a Megaman style of something like that. Maybe the head should be redone? The side view definitely needs improvements.
Well, anyway, I'm open for ideas and suggestions. Some people may actually use thoses sprites and edit them, I wouldn't mind to do some collabs then.
I'm sure the design of this form can be better. But what to do to make it better again?

Quant à la mâchoire de métal... Heu... Je ne suis pas sûr que ça me convient totalement. ^^;
