to answer in order:

I hurt my back by picking up something too heavy for me (something they made me do too)
Kitchen porter, i cleaned, put away, stocked and helped the chefs.
i have not got my paycheck... yet, i hope i do get it

Ouch, were you lifting with your legs? But that really sucks either way.
I got kindofa bad back myself... I doubt I'd be able to lift whatever it was myself. (Especially if you couldn't)

Sounds like if it weren't for that one thing you were able to do the job rather well.

And you really Should get some kind of paycheck for the work you did... just not the complete amount you would have received for a whole week.

And kinda classic "douche company" logic of "we can do whatever, we're too rich for you to make a move".
Tbh, if that happened to me, and I didn't even get a paycheck, I'd honestly either steal and/or vandalize to cover for that.
