MCFC - stepping down

Hey everyone so i know i posted my little wrap up journal but I wanted to make this a separate one.
So for those of you who may not be aware I was elected to Chairman of iFC this year. With this being my first year as chair (hopefully with more to come) I've been wanting to devote myself as much as possible to the role.
Now I have been with MCFC for two amazing years and, were I younger and had more energy, I may very well have stayed on board with both cons. But I've come the conclusion that I can't devote THAT much energy to two cons. At the post con wrapup meeting tonight I officially stepped down from MCFC board of directors.
NOW - DON'T GET ME WRONG!! I'm still staying with the organization. Two years ago I was approached by a bunch of people that wanted to keep that FCN spirit alive with MCFC, and I feel they truly have grown in these past two years into a group that has KEPT that feel while still branching out and being their own unique and amazing group - bringing a different flavor to the con as it were :)
But as chairman of iFC I *HAVE* to do whats best for that con first. I will be conferring with MCFC board to see what staff position they can best utilize me in for 2016 - and hey maybe someday i WILL be back on board there - you never know!
But for now - for MCFC, iFC's and my own SANITY'S best interest - I feel the need to step back into a lesser role.
I wish the MCFC 2016 board the best of luck, and am ALWAYS around for advice/help in whatever capacity I can for the con.

I...... don't remember their names off the top of my head cause #exhausted

My only concern is the attendance level being affected by this stupid "Freedom of Religion" law.
Just getting the MCFC stuff out of the way first
