so hard to look for other things when flat out exhausted like this =(

Try and squeeze in some meals you absolutely love and some time to relax and enjoy something fun! Working like a dog is unhealthy, make sure you take some time for you in whatever way you can ^^

That is the problem, I don't have any time to. Since I'm sick I don't have the energy to even get out of bed to cook and I keep falling asleep by accident constantly.

Get something you love eating then, from somewhere you love, and just fill up on something tasty and energizing ^^ that you don't have to cook!

Somewhere in there you've got a moment to treat yourself, so take it and make the most of it! Even feeling exhausted and yucky can't stop you from enjoying something you love, especially if you don't have to work to enjoy it!

I recommend napping to a movie you enjoy or burying yourself in plushies and blankets and just accept that a morning/evening spent comfortable and warm is a morning spent well ^^

The trick of going somewhere is that you need to be able to get out of bed. :b
