My 400th watcher and the person who refers them (the watcher must tell me) each get a free headshot c:
The rules are just those. The person who referred them gets their prize first, allowing for a few days of activity (yep, the 400th watcher should be an active watcher, not someone who's just watching me for the prize!)

i just tend to leave the commissions i've done on the last period as occupied slots, when i fill the slots up i start again o:
