Journal below, thank you for taking the time to read.

I know many people don't fave things like I do where its stuff I commissioned or gifts from people I fav and that's about it, but still why clear out galleries, its so damn annoying. Move to scraps or something but stop clearing the gallery, it puts work on me and others to find those images all over again.

Stay on the soap-box and preach some more, it's needed to be said. I say this because often people delete stuff that I liked and I have to figure out WHAT they deleted, which could be a commission OR could be something that I just plain liked.

yeah I wish there was like a 24hr notice of a picture being deleted so people who have them faved are giving a notice and could then be given the time to do what they want before it its gone.

To be honest, I think a 'good' website would have something like that, you need to wait 24 hours before the picture is actually deleted, and it sends out a message to all your watchers telling them. So they can save it or something.

it is indeed annoying >.< the only things i have deleted were names that i drew and stuff nothing totally important i left all the actual art there lol

I also hate that once the image is gone, if you've Favorited it, then your Favorite section gets crowded with those "This image has been removed" X's and you have no way to remove them!

well you get those broken images also when the person moves them to the scrap folder.

its because of artists that remove stuff without notice that I started to download every picture I like off FA..

my FA download folder is now 25Gb and still growing

Yeah I agree with that, even just give us some reason why or where we can find them. but I think some do it to escape that part of them. Shame really some are really good artist

Yea, I learned to download and save every single picture I like because they have a high chance of being nuked some time later on. I even at times just stopped faving images because they are on such shaky ground now and could make that meaningless in an instant.

I do too but I fave images only I commission or get gifts from or to people. I only post art of that nature that isn't posted. So now I must figure out the images to post myself and just annoying to figure out what the images were.

Definitely. The worst thing is when they delete it you have no idea what is missing in your favorites list. You can't tell the name of the deleted piece, who made it, or even the link. Extremely annoying!

I hate it. I have a friend who does really nice work, but he's epic-stupid levels of critical about it, so he always deletes it after a few days.

Indeed, the search is on for that which already was faved once. May the images be easier to find in future tense.
