Missing: one Bora.

Figured I should let you guys know whats been going on.
My laptops been playing up for a while now, in the past weeks though, its been failing to start up a lot, attacking me with random restarts and blue screens of death. This makes for a sad (and annoyed) Bora. It's also been refusing to accept my internet connection a lot of the time.
So this weekend, I braved the train ride to get to the nearest PC World to attempt to get the fella fixed (HAH!). Needless to say, as per their train record, PC World was utterly useless...
I was told I would need an appointment for them to look at it, the earliest of which I could get would be next friday and would cost me over a hundred pounds just for them to open the damn thing and poke around (baring in mind I'd just spent an hour on the train to get to them... I was not a happy bunny).
Fortunately, across the road from them was a tiny self-run computer/laptop repair shop. Ended up leaving my laptop with them, and its estimated five or so days before they'll know what needs to be done and the price range (there's a lot wrong with the poor thing - including a fan that no longer seems to work D:) I'm also looking at getting my RAM replaced, and my OS reinstalled (or even downgraded... fucking Vista) while its in the shop.
Course this means for the see-able future, I'm laptop-less (housemates lent me hers right now while she's off at church <3). Guess I'll see you guys when everything's sorted out!
TL;DR - laptop is deaded. It's off getting fixed but until it gets back/I get a new one I'm not going to be around.
