If you are a current customer of mine I need you to read this. I was going through my back ups of files and realized that when my previous hard drive died the back up I did did not make copies of a lot of my files. Sadly a lot of art, photos and information was lost. All my PSD's *cries*

i'll make sure to provide you the data you need asap.
If it is an software problem (recogniced wrong, read errors, accidently formatted but not really overwritten) most probably most files can be recovered with programs like "Photorec".
If it is an electronic failure (not spinning or something like this) you could ask an electronic geek forum for help if someone from them is near you or at least better with english to guide you through some measurements.
