In Palm Springs California is the best hospital in the world staffed by the best surgeons in the world. A friend of mine was in an accident in a car crushed nearly flat and had part of the frame shatter his kneecap and break his left leg in fourteen places he started to moan to let people standing outside the car who had said "...I don't think anyone made it". He got a a few operations and is walking with a cane but every other hospital in the world would have cut his leg off at the hip. The Hospital is called Eisenhower. Try them for your condition.
