Weight, muscle & bewbs... ^-^
I've had quite a few questions about the workouts I'm doing etc so I thought I'd put it all in a journal for anyone interested. *bounces around in circles*
When it comes to weight I try not to get too obsessed about the numbers. I weigh myself about 3 times a week and I always do it wearing pretty much the same thing (undies, socks, yoga pants & top) and at the same time of day (4 - 4:30pm). A person's weight can vary as much as 10lbs throughout the day so you can go completely loopy if you pick random times to weigh in. I don't have my own scales as I know I'd weigh myself too often so I use the scales at the gym... Well I did until this week when it went out of order so I've had to switch to one of the same brand in my local chemist. I like it because I get a printout for when I'm loopy and forget what the readout said. *derps hard* http://i.imgur.com/4SODKRk.jpg
I also don't really diet. I monitor my calories and I do have some "diet snacks" but those were mostly to cope with the excessive snacking caused by quitting smoking (1 year & 13 days ^-^.) As both of my sisters have very poor relationships with food I try not to label anything as particularly bad or good. My diet tend to be reasonably low in fat and sodium but quite high in sugar because I love sweet things. I do eat a protein bar after I workout and otherwise have a multi-vit a day.<3 My daily caloric goal on My Fitness Pal is 1220 calories + any calories I burn doing exercise and it's set for me to lose 2lb a week. However, I'm not super strict with this as I don't want to lose weight too fast and my calorie allowance varies depending on what exercise I've done. As long as it evens out well I'm a happy lady. http://i.imgur.com/WVVD0Wg.png
I'm really not sure what my ideal weight is because I'm also going to be building muscle. At the moment I'm still losing fat to bring myself down to a healthy body fat percentage but I imagine it might start going up again later this year as I get "swole". ^-^ I've set a tentative goal for somewhere around 11st 7lb or 73kg but I have no idea if that's where I'll end up. My boobs also make my ideal weight heavier than average as they weigh about 28lb in breast tissue. o.0 My current workout routine is as follows:
Day 1: Gym Upper Body
Day 2: 1 hour swimming & Squats
Day 3: 1 hour swimming & Press-ups
Day 4: Gym Lower Body
Day 5: 1 hour swimming & Press-ups
Day 6: 1 hour swimming & Squats
I'm adding in yoga in the morning when I feel up to it but I try to pace myself as I can get a bit overly enthusiastic with the exercising. <.< >.>
I intend on get as muscular as I can without taking any testosterone or oestrogen blockers. I'm going to be having kidlets in a couple of years so I don't want to mess up my fertility. Other than that I have no particular upper limit on how ripped I intend on getting.
The other thing I really want to do later this year is get breast implants. "But Pixie!" I hear you cry. "Your bewbies are already as big as your own head!" It's something I've thought long and hard about. I lost a lot of years in a horrendously abusive relationship and now I feel good about myself again (super thanks to
) I want to be able to have fun and wear/do whatever I like. I have issues with finding clothes that fit, bras being uncomfortable etc but the option of having a breast reduction is just horrifying to me. It's super invasive and they have to detach and relocate your nipples so it makes you incapable of breast feeding and that's essential to me. Implants are considerably less invasive would help support my boobs and allow me to wear strapless/backless dresses etc and feel confident. My boobs would still be 85 - 90% natural (jiggly & bouncy) but they'd be perkier and I wouldn't be as reliant on evil wired bras. ^-^ Also giant boobs are awesome... Just saying...
Love & kisses

This may be the first time I have ever heard of someone wanting implants to make it *easier* to fit into things. Fun reasons. :D
=o.o= bigger boobs? ._. oh my
lol *picks up the puppy and squeeses it* CUTE!
I have a choice of being miserable/physically uncomfortable, breast reduction or breast implants so I'm going with the least invasive one. ^-^ Well my overbust measurement is a 48 (47 - 49 depnding on bra) and I'm a 34 waist. So I'm big enough that I have to have clothes made/altered.
Yush! BIGGER = BETTER! ^-^
Just look at how much better things are when they're bigger!

To work out your BMI:
divide your weight in kilograms (kg) by your height in metres (m)
then divide the answer by your height again to get your BMI
For example:
If you weigh 70kg and you're 1.75m tall, divide 70 by 1.75. The answer is 40.
Then divide 40 by 1.75. The answer is 22.9. This is your BMI.
Or use an online BMI calculator or a chart like this http://cdn.builtlean.com/wp-content.....-chart-big.jpg ^-^
