Sweep 'em up with AVG. Scan again with Malwayrebytes Anti-Malware. Then again with McAfee Stinger. Finally with Adware Cleaner.

Why these? AVG is powerful at catching most viruses. Malwarebytes catches hidden things in your registry that most anti-virus programs fail to catch. Stinger sweeps the registry plus extra to find the more hidden things that the other two failed to catch. Adware Cleaner is the final sweep that's guaranteed to give you peace of mind.

This is my weekly routine, but it's all up to you if you'd like to use it. Just spreading my ways. :)
