if I was to get a animated icon with also big balls like others got from him could I use it as my icon or would I get flagged for inappropriate as I seen canvas has made ones with balls but I haven't seen anyone use it it as there icon why is that?

Having genitals visible in the icon is against the rules of FA, as far as I know. However, I have seen some people get an icon made with balls in it, just never to use it. *shrugs*
