You can mark notes you've received high, medium, and low priority. But that just puts a colored envelope next to the note, not separate it into a folder. And the site hasn't had art folders for ten years now, so I'm doubtful they'll be coming soon for notes unless you request it as a change for Beta mode.

if you click on the side it will show you a list of all the high priority, medium and low ones so its "kinda" like having three folders. I usually put all paid commissioner requests as "high" and unpaid inquiries as "low"
