What kind of computer should I get? I want something that's not a mac, that's very portable, can run Steam, and has reliable storage and runs Wacom drivers reliably. Any ideas?

Yeah, I do. My only issue is that it can't be a big 'desktop replacement' style laptop, it's gotta be small and portable.
