"Let me tell you a sad, sad story..."
Going to college in the Boise area means I'm not really that far from Oregon, but I rarely go there.
This weekend though I'm heading that way for our college's concert band tour!
After we get back on Tuesday, the very next Friday I go right back with the art department as we visit the art museum in Portland for the weekend!
I thought I'd mention it because, one, these next few weeks are going to be crazy busy for me, and two, I vaguely recall something about someone living in that state and you might find this entry intriguing :3
For our concert band tour our first performance is in Centralia, WA. Then we go to Tacoma, Portland, and finally Hermiston.
So yeah, random life update...

So yeah, random life update...
So that means like brass, reed, and wind instruments. I play percussion like drums, xylophone, chimes, cymbals, etc.
Basically the same as an orchestra, but without stringed instruments like violins :D
My flagging motivation to play guitar...
Don't lose your drive. It's hard to get back...
My music skills are mostly at a piano, but I always wanted to learn guitar.
I know during the band trip we're going to spend some free time at the Portland mall (wherever that is, I've never been to Portland).
During the art trip we're supposed to have some free time as well. But both times I won't have any transportation other than my two legs >.<
If we could meet up somehow though that would be awesome!!!! :D
As for my second trip to Portland I'd have to get back with you next week to let you know what's happening then :D
I will still be in Portland on Monday if we could get together sometime then though :D

Maybe we could do an art trade or something :D
