ToS for commissioning me.

By commissioning me, you agree to and understand these Terms of Service. Any one caught breaking these terms will have their piece immediately cancelled and partially refunded.
All payment is in USD and will be sent through PayPal.
All commissions will be paid after I give you the sketched phase to okay.
I will need at least 1 up to date digital picture references of the character(s).
Or a VERY detailed description of them. Traditional references work as well but digital is preferred.
Any small changes to the piece will be free.
Any major changes will cost a small fee, and I will inform you about the final price change, so you can agree to them, before I start working on your commission again. If you do not agree to the price change then I will gladly give you a partial refund that I deem fair, and the unfinished piece so you may either finish it yourself or have someone else finish it for you. I do ask that if you or someone else finishes it, and if you post it to your gallery, that you mark it as a somewhat collab between me and the finishing artist.
I will not deal with rude or badgering people.
If I feel like you are acting hostile or disrespectful, I will refuse or cancel your commission completely. If I have already started on it then I will refund you half of what you already paid.
I retain the right to any and all of my artwork.
Meaning I may post the finished pieces to my Page or other site galleries, unless stated otherwise beforehand. You may repost the artwork to any of your other galleries as well, all I ask is that you link back to my page. You may not use your commission for profit unless agreed upon beforehand.
I WILL draw:
-Ferals
-Chubby furs
-Chibis
-Anthros
-Fandom sonas(pokemon, Digimon, MLP, ect.) As long as they are distinctive enough to tell they are a fan character.
-Some fetishes (Size play, Goo, Tentacle, ect.)
-If you're not sure, ask me and I'll let you know.
I will NOT draw:
-Hate art
-Non-concent
-Cub porn
-Heavy Fetishes (Diaper, Scat, Water sports, Ect.)
-Copyrighted character porn (Pikachu, Bugs Bunny, Tom and Jerry, ect.)I want to preserve my childhood, thank you very much!
-If you're not sure, ask me and I'll let you know.
Things I am not comfortable being paid to draw yet:
-Landscape backgrounds
-Complex clothing
-Cars, planes, ect.
-Weapons
-Complex Wings
-Any Machinery
-If you're not sure, ask me and I'll let you know.
