Form timeout on DA?

I just got told on DA that I have a Form Timeout and I do not know what to do about it. I checked google and none of it makes sense. I turned off my computer, and turned it back on: didn't work. So now I have no idea what to do. Can someone PLEASE help me?!!!!

ive had this happen when they do an update to the site. I just wait it out a day or to then while using a different browser. but you could try clearing your cookys and do a scan for malware that did it to me once to
