Welp guy's, I am in Olney Illinois. I am writing this while laying in my burr's bed, while he is scritching me. Ah, the life's of canine's, and the scritchings. But after a potentially disastrous start to my trip, day 1 of vacation is done.

The potential disaster came on the morning of the 17th. I had arranged transportation through a cab company that I am a regular of. pick me up at 5 am, and take me down town. This would get me to the station in enough time to not worry about taking the bus. yeah, 5 am, no cab. I call. The guy says the one cabbie went home at 4 to do shit with his kids..((really?)) and he, the remaining driver, was broke down in CLEVELAND.

I was like..well..FUUUUUCK.

I started making phone calls. Got a friend to come pick me up, and made it to he bus station, with about 5 minutes to spare. Buss pulled in, and this wolf was on his way!

left akron at 6, didn't get into louisville KY until about 4 30. Met Burr and Draco at the station, and then met up with Denyen and Luther at Ihop! Went to a friend of draco's alter that night, and then came home. slept like the deeeeaaaadd.

Today, late start do to said sleeping, which was ok, was Thunder over Louisville. I attended last year, but this was Burr's first time. I know you all remember that journal, with the infamous 10 mile death hike. This year, just 7 blocks, No death hikes for Burr.

Thunder was AMAZING! Absolutely over the top, and perfectly synced, and yes, they did play frozen for a bit, and THE ENTIRE CROWD SANG ALONG! That was...amazing.

Finally back in Olney, in burr's bed. Overall, an amazing day! I am so happy! I will try and be around a bit but...I'm on Vacation.
