what if "Sly Cooper the Lost Ancestors" (updated)

"Sly Cooper the Lost Ancestors"
as how this "what if" idea goes?,
A long lost, non-mention of Sly's ancestors in his family history,
as they were not mention in the Sly family three,
or maybe they were erase in time by someone.
As for my fan-made ancestor
Hok'ee Cooper was a long lost non-mention member
an Native American Raccoon who live in the old west era
"Hok'ee Cooper a native raccoon
in the western era
but not the same time line as Tennessee Cooper
maybe around 50 or 100 years later before Tennessee's time.
Powers/skills: A dodge dash, triple jump with a air dash,
a cane bow that is also a blow pipe with sleep darts,
and able to throw his voice making distracting animal sounds.
younger Hok'ee
would wear a head band with 3 feathers pointing downwards
and have only one paint mark on each cheek not two,
before he gain the head-dress when he gotten older.
back story (and what maybe been the cause of him being "erase" in history):
The young native raccoon was raised by his fellow tribe members,
living at the hot lands near where the high places have cold snowy mountains,
but an unknown force, or maybe some kinda of bad luck,
cursed him, as bad fortunes are happening to his tribe, as he seems to be the source and blame of it,
he was later exiled by his tribe to live in the snowy mountains and be forgotten by everyone and in history...
but was it his fault?, or was it something else?"
(yes an unknown force or something or someone is removing Sly's Ancestors,
as if it's making them not to be notice or exist in history anymore.)
