Ive been listening to the lyrics of "sound of silence" by Simon and Garfunkel and am wanting to make some art of it. but other than the obvious social commentary that it is making I was thinking of taking its interpretation I was thinking, perhaps we you Apocalyptic. Now if you arnt familiar with this sort of writing, its when you make a very dramatic envisioning.
So for example when in the song they say "and the words of the prophets were written on the subway walls" it could be interpreted as old peoples writings written on the walls in a subway. Another more dramatic and extreme way would be that perhaps all those crazy conspiracy's you see written on the subway walls were right and came true. again subjective but can yield great possible ideas.

So here is what I'm thinkin, This is a project ive been wanting to do for years and I eventually will but havent because the visuals I have thought up for it are interesting; but only 2 lines out of a song does not not an interpretation make. So I thought, how about I see what the other great creative minds can think up? I'd be interested to see what others think and can interpret and if I can get enough feedback and fantastic visions of what you all think perhaps I can finally at last draw this.
