I don't think so since it's considered 'dead' or 'old' blood, plus it's like mixed in with mucus. I mean a vampire might try but it would be like drink a dead persons blood?

As for a vampire, I don't think a he/she would, unless the vampire likes the taste of endometrium too.

No, but weird men do seek to perform this practice regularly. I knew a guy who timed his wife's periods exclusively for that purpose...needless-to-say we're not friends anymore.

I doubt it, but only because a vampire tends to bite people in the neck in mythology. There is probably a reason for that, since I imagine it would be easier to bite elsewhere. Wouldn't the forearm be better, for example?
